Anisoptera Acres is a small family farm in Wisconsin. Try our pasture-raised pork, poultry, and beef and you'll never want to buy any other meat.

All of our meat is processed in state-inspected facilities. All our poultry are individually inspected by a federal inspector. Our pork and beef are processed by a local, state-inspected butcher who also makes our pork sausage products using natural casings and spices without gluten.

Madison, WI Delivery Information
Our delivery protocol has returned to the prepandemic baseline, however we are happy to continue to deliver to a cooler if it is more convenient for you or if you prefer to avoid contact out of caution or necessity. We are also happy to mask for your delivery if you prefer, just let us know.

We deliver on Saturday mornings. The minimum order size is $40. Directions below.

Directions for getting a meat delivery:

1) Email us, farmerdan@anisopteraacres.com, a list of meat cuts, sizes, and quantities you would like, or call them in to us at .
2) Include a phone number, in case there are questions.
3) Include directions - we should only require these the first delivery, unless you move.
4) Let us know how you would like the delivery made. For example if you are unavailable at delivery time, include specific directions about where to leave the meat - e.g. cooler, freezer in garage. We will send you a total and approximate delivery time by email so that you can have a check (made payable to Anisoptera Acres) waiting there.
